First, the model drop down does not list my model, RV30 Max Plus.  This is NOT an issue with the RV10, but that was as close as I could get and still submit my question.

My vacuum connects to WiFi and the app on my phone.  When either the schedule or I initiate a new cleaning cycle the robot responds by spinning up, but does not move away from the base.  After a minute or two it reports "failed to locate" and goes back to sleep.

How do I get past this behavior?
