Hi, I just replaced the dust bag on my RV20 Max Plus vacuum but it refuses to empty the vacuum now and says I need to replace the bag and close the lid.  However, there's already a brand new bag and the lid on top is closed.  How can I get the vacuum to stop giving me this error message and resume operating like it was?

  @Brm1,

I would double check that the bag is properly installed and that the opening for the dust to flow into the bag is free of obstruction - its possible that the hole has become closed from the mechanism that locks the dust in when removing the dust bag. I would

 

You may also consider rebooting the vacuum if you are having difficulties - I have noticed that with my RV30 a quick reboot will fix any frustrations that I am having, such as it being delayed on commands or struggling to find its dock.
