The motion sensor is not shown in the list of devices under IF section when creating an automation.

I'm new to smart home automations but I understand basic automations. May be someone can guide me. I'm trying to create an automation for my garage lights. I currently have Tapo smart bulbs in the garage, a Tapo motion sensor and a Tapo contact sensor (on the door that leads into the garage). Currently I have 2 simple automations to turn on lights when back door is opened / motion is triggered and another automation to turn off lights when no motion is detected with a 1 min delay. Here is where I'm having trouble. I need an automation when I open the door which triggers the contact sensor to turn on the lights but I do not end up going in the garage (so the motion sensor is not triggered), so the lights remain on as the motion sensor detection state did not change. If the tapo app had the option of using the motion sensor in the IF section of their automations then I could have created a simple automation of WHEN the back door is closed and IF the motion sensor does not detect any motion THEN turn off garage lights.

This is currently achievable in Apple Home app but not in the Tapo app. Please let me know if anyone has a workaround for it in the Tapo app. I would like to use the automations in the Tapo app for all my Tapo devices as the Tapo hub makes everything work smooth and snappy.
