Having problem with newer Tp-Link switches.  The hs100.c code uses port 9999.  Newer switches use port 80 and KLAP encoding - see github python-kasa which works fine via the command line.  I've been unable to run it via the web page 

Assumes:  in router switches/plugs have reserved IP's and set in /etc/hosts file. ie 192.168.0.107 kasa.kitchen
