@Luciankid I'm having the same problem. I have a switch that was being used to trigger another light using an Alxea routine. It worked fine for about 8 weeks and then stopped working recently. I removed and added back the devices, uninstalled and reinstalled the Kasa and Alexa apps, reconnected kasa to alexa as a smart skill, restarted my wifi routers, deleted the routines and recreated them, and nothing worked. If I run the routine manually in the Alexa app, it works, but physically pressing the switch or activating the switch through the Kasa app does not trigger the routine. To test that it's not a problem with the switch itself, I have another HS200 switch that I created a new routine to control a kasa plug, and that exhibits the same behavior. The switch turning on and off doesn't trigger the routine.
