Hello I have 2 p100 smart outlets and I am trying to set up something to happen if there is a power outage.  But I can't seem to get it working the rule I have setup is if one outlet goes off or on the other outlet will turn on for 1 min. This works fine if I turn the outlet off or on myself but if I unplug it and plug it back in to simulate a power outage nothing is triggered I have tried having the default state to off and on nether seems to work to trigger if I unplug and replug it in.

Is there any way that I can do this after a power outage I want to have one outlet turn on for a given time.
