I have an Alexa routine that streams the doorbell camera to a Fire TV (stick) when the button is pressed, but it only works reliably on the first try.  If I try again a short time later ( I have waited up to 5 minutes) it does not work and the tv screen displays 'Waiting for TP-LINK' until it eventually stops trying to connect to the feed and Alexa says something like 'the camera is not responding'

I would like to know what the root cause is and of course fix it if possible.  This is similar to the problem I have with a Kasa routine that detects a person and turns on the porch light (Kasa switch).  I find that also has an unexpectedly long reset time before it works again properly.  If i can fix one problem, I expect the other problem will go away.
