I am unable to open my Kasa app on my phone because the privacy policy updated screen pops up.  However, the page is not "active", and will not let you accept the changes, scroll up or down, or anything else.  Until the privacy policy updates are accepted, you cannot proceed further into the app itself.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, with no luck.  Has anyone else had this issue?  How can it be fixed?
