Camera still needs perodic sd card format or will fill up and stop recording. Has been a problem from day 1. Previous report of this problem was never addressed except to format card.

The problem may be related to the SD card inserted into the camera. Please help confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. What's the model number of the SD card? What Capacity and format of the SD card?
2. Please refer to the link below to use the H2testw tool to check if your SD card is a fake one. And then send us the test result.

3. Is the 24/7 Recording feature enabled on the Kasa app?
4. If you have a different SD card, please insert it into the camera for a try.
