Doorbell push not updating app
I have an issue that when pressing the doorbell it rings the chime.
But that's were it stops.
It doesnt show up in the app that it was pushed and because of that I don't get notifications.

Make sure notifications for your Kasa app are enabled on your Phone or Tablet's settings. Also make sure the following notification is enabled in the device's settings in the Kasa app.

@Carl those settings are there. It stopped working sometime in the last 3 days, nothing changed in the app in over a month.

Okay, the next course of action would then be the following:
- Remove the Kasa app from your phone/tablet
- Reinstall the Kasa app
- Sign into your Kasa Account.
- Check the notification settings in Kasa to make sure they are what you want to have enabled
- Go into your phone/tablet's notification settings
- Enter the phone/tablet notification for Kasa
- Make sure the notification settings are enabled and set to alert you in the desired fashion.
- Finally, test to see if its now working
The reason we suggest removing the app and installing it again is to make sure the app, on its latest release, installs properly.

@Carl didn't help. I have this app on multiple devices. No matter which app I use to get to the camera there is no doorbell push.

Okay Please send me the following information on a DM.
1. TP-Link ID
2. App Version for the Kasa App
3. Firmware applied to the KD110
4. Mac address of the KD110.
I will send this to the engineering team and see what can be done.

Per my Engineers, they have pushed a beta firmware to the doorbell. Please log into the Kasa app and check for update. Install this firmware and let me know if the concerns are resolved.
