Do you happen to be trying to set up the new camera closer to your router than the existing camera? It could be that if your 2.4GHz network and 5GHz networks are combined that the router is trying to connect the device via 5Ghz.
The easiest solution is to try and configure the device to connect to either a guest network or an IoT network, as there are often fewer restrictions and settings that can affect the connection.
Otherwise, At what point in the process does your camera say it will not connect? Is the app indicating that your phone cannot find the device, or that it failed to connect to the network?
