KL130P2 won't connect. I'm a first time user and can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Follow setup process and still won't connect. Have tried in different lamps and different areas of the home. Could use some help.

May I know at which step the set up failed and the Error message, here is an instruction that may help in your case, please give it a try.
