Kasa app will not verify when connecting to Google Home
Hello,
I am looking at selling my house and am moving my Kasa account from my personal email to a generic email (beginner mistake in the original setup). I have created the new Kasa account and removed the old Kasa account from Google Home. When I try and re-link Kasa with the new username, it will not authorize. I rechecked that I am entering the correct password multiple times. I have tried deleting Google Home and reloading after a restart but that didn't work. See image below of the issue.
Any help with solving this would be appreciated.
