My KC200 thinks it is a DHCP server and conflicts with my actual DHCP server. I had to power it off. How can I configure it through the USB connection to avoid using the app and risking another failed installation?

Officially, kasa app would be the only way to set up a Kasa camera. Smart Device broadcasts a default SSID in set up mode, app will guide to connect to /automatically search and connect to the Smart SSID , so smart device could be found by Kasa app.This SSID will disappear after the installation and should not cause DHCP conflict.
