Hello,@GNN
If the LED is flashing Green, the camera has some difficulty connecting to cloud server through WiFi router. Please refer to Case3 in the guide here for detailed troubleshooting:
What should I do if I fail to configure the Kasa Cam? https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2663/
- If you have a modem, please also turn off or lower modem/router firewall settings.
- Change the DNS server on the router to 8.8.8.8 for a try.
If the issue persists, can I know the model of your WiFi router? Does camera connect to router directly, not through extenders or is there any advanced settings that may affect the camera?

Hey @Croyezvousdieu
Thank you. I reviewed your case record, you may try some tips here:
- Connect Camera to a Mobile Hotspot Wi-Fi on the phone and update camera firmware
- Change Router DNS to 8.8.8.8
- You may adjust the router firewall settings, set it to Low or turn off temporality
I noticed the local support created an RMA case for you, if the camera has been working fine before, you may get a replacement unit first.
If the camera is brand new and we're usually suggesting escalating case to investigate further , let me know if you wish to do that.
Have a good holiday~
