I'm trying to put an SD card into my camera but it won't stop in position , one way around It just going into the camera and I struggle to get it out the other way I can feel it go in and click in position but it can just be pulled out as it's loose

If the card is clicked incorrectly then you shouldn't be able to pull it out with your fingers. If you use something like tweezers then you can still take the card out, it doesn't lock it. So if you insert the card and it clicks and falls out on its own then I would reach out to our support team here: link
