My manual also states it can use up to a 64gb card but I only have a 32gb card in my camera. I know that to fit more recording time onto the card you can select a lower video quality stream. My options are 1080P, 720P, and 360P. If you're not using the lowest one you could try that. I'm also trying to find out how to setup this camera to only record motion detections like my other cameras are (none of them are Kasa cameras) and then you will have much, much longer video time recorded unless you really need it 24/7 for some reason.
