New KC100 camera has connection to LAN but error message says "cannot connect to cloud server"

Two identical cameras on same network working fine.

All within same physical distance.

Hi sorry for the delay in a response our local admin team was on PTO last week.  Go into the camera's settings while it is on and you should see a option that appears for remote control.  Please try to enable this or let us know if you do not see it.  a 2nd step would be to try to relocate one of the working cameras to this location and see if it has the same issue.  This would rule out an enviromental issue.  If either of those do not assist let me know so we can look furhter into it.
