Audio from Kasa Android app to KC120 camera too quiet
When using the Kasa Android app to use the two way communication to the camera, I'm finding the audio is way too quiet. I literally need to put my phone's mic right up to my mouth and I have to speak too loudly for the audio on the camera to be anywhere near audible. The app also doesn't completely work with bluetooth headsets. While I can hear the audio from the camera to my phone thru a BT headset, the app doesn't use the headset's mic, instead still using the phone's mic. This makes the two way comm feature pretty useless and needs to be fixed.

Upon reaching out to our support development team they did know about the issue with samsung devices. Specifically on the Galaxy S6 and Note 9. The fix was released in a update released today. Please install the new version and let us know if it resolved the issues for you .

@Carl - Is the update pushed to all devices at once, or is it rolled out? I do not have a mobile app update or a firmware update for the cameras available... should I expect to see an update soon or did the update not actually get released yesterday?

I can confrim the iOS and from our release note version 2.14.0.868 should have been pushed to Android as well. We can confrim it has not. We have reached out to see when it will be and i'll let you know.

I got confrimation. They use a staggered slow rollout approach to ensure the servers are not overloaded and customers have issues with applying the update. You should see the update available soon.

Hello my speaker is not working att all have tested 4 difereent phones and hard reset and soft reset what is the problem ?

Are you talking about the audio received by the camera's microphone or the speaker when you use the 2-way audio?

Hello!
I have a Google Pixel 3XL and am having basically the same issue. At first it would connect and disconnect almost instantly and when it finally started working it was ask quiet I had to put my ear to the camera to hear my girlfriend's voice who was yelling in to the mic. Please advise. Otherwise I love this camera.
