For the past few weeks, my KB100 bulb comes on at random times. I deleted all schedules for the bulb, have reset the bulb and added it back to the network and it still does the same thing. How do I get it to work correctly?
When doing the reset was the bulb switched off and on 5 times?
Move the bulb to another socket to see if the issue is with the power. Should the bulb lose power then come back on it will turn on by itself.
Yes, I followed the instructions to turn off initially and then on/off five times to reset. Then I connected to the bulb and reconfigured it as new. But the bulb is still coming on randomly even without any schedule. I haven't tried moving it because it's high up on the ceiling.
