I have the KL130 smart/wifi bulb and would there be any reason why the bulb would not come on at all? Regular bulbs will work but when I screw in the smart bulb, it won't come on.
It could be the lamp. If your lamp is one of those with brightness settings (the kind designed for 3 way bulbs) then you could simply have it on a setting not providing enough voltage to turn the bulb on. Try clicking it to a higher setting and seeing if that helps.
