Annoying factory resets

My bulbs factory reset pretty consistently and I have to pair them to the network again. It is due to someone flicking the light switch one to many times by accident, often because the bulb is in a off state while the switch is on and pressing the switch the first time fails to turn the light on. Is there any way to make the number of on and off's required for a factory reset to be higher. It's a very annoying anti-feature.
