It would be nice if the DHCP starting IP address could exclude the address reservation list.

I use address reservation starting at 192.168.1.10.

I probaby have 30 IPs in my address reservation list.

I would like to be able to start my DHCP address range at 192.168.1.200 (IP address well above my reservation list IP). So any device I have not yet recognized would not fall into the lower reservation list range (if an IP address has not yet been assigned).

I just switched from Netgear and this is a basic feature of their DHCP and address reservation functions.

When you reserve an IP address, the app (bizarrely) verifies it is within the DHCP range.  The app should verify that the reserved address is part of the local subnet, there is no reason to enforce it being part of the DHCP range.

However, you can later adjust the range, and the app will accept keeping reserved addresses outside the range.
