@Tony do you know if there is a way now to setup VPN on my TP-Link Deco M9 mesh system? Or is there a workaround like buying a cheap base router with VPN support and just connect the M9 base unit to that one and then the whole M9 mesh system will all be under the same VPN?

@JO9  The VPN feature is an essential feature, it's not a luxurious one :) 

@Tony Its been 18 months since you posted this... I feel the Deco updates are coming at a MUCH slower cadence than your other router products... Please comment

@Tony Yes, I'm assuming sales dashboard isn't warning all too much so there's nothing for TP-LINK to worry about.

18 months ago it was said VPN was on the roadmap and TP-LINK seems to be keeping us dangling which feels a bit unfair. 

Can't the person responsible for the roadmap simply take responsibility and provide the audience with a true update?! Just be honest and transparent.
