New Kasa Care Subscription Plans
I purchased a premium subscription for one of my 3 cameras. I bought the year in advanced. Recently, I noticed the pricing plans changed and the current plan I have now includes up to 10 devices.
I contacted customer support and got 0 help. The person "helping" me was not helpful at all either.
The cameras are pretty good but the customer support is terrible.
