Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
  1. The LED status on the camera when it stops working. 
  2. Do you need to reboot the camera, or factory reset the camera and reconfigure it to recover the connection?
  3. When the camera is working, please go to its Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
  4. What's the model number of your router? Please describe your network diagram in detail.
