Doorbell not responding to reset
Hi recently purchased a D210 doorbell cam and had connected it to my old WiFi network which was not working due to a WiFi issue ( no fault with the cam )
we had sent it up and it has since ran out of battery. I didn't plug it back in until we had our new WiFi set up. Now that I'm trying to charge it and reset it, the light on the front is only flashing red and will not respond to a hard reset.
anyone else had this problem?

If there is an SD card, remove it and try to reset the doorbell again. You may try to press the reset button for a longer time.
If there is still no change, please contact the retailer or local TP-Link support for exchange.
By the way, what's the model, hardware, and firmware version of your doorbell? Can you send me the Mac address of your device via private message? Just for the record.
