 Hi @Koushik7788

If you want to log in to the router's web management interface, make sure you have Connected to your router via Wired or Wireless.

How to log into the web-based Utility

If the router has no internet or internet is offline, please try the steps below:

Orange/Red Internet light on the router:

    1. Identify whether your router or Internet Service Provider is the problem by connecting your PC directly to the modem to check the internet access. If the Internet is not working, Contact your Internet Service Provider.

    2. Turn off the Modem/fiber box and the Router, then power on the Router, Turn on the modem once the router is fully powered on.

    3. Log in to the web UI via http://tplinkwifi.net  and follow the Quick Setup to set it up.

4. Please go to Advanced > Network > Internet > Mac Clone to clone the MAC address of your PC.  Please follow the FAQ:

How do I configure MAC Address Clone on my TP-Link Archer Router?

Green Internet light on the router:

    1. Log in to the web management interface of the router (http://tplinkwifi.net), go to Advanced > Network > Internet > Advanced Settings > Change the DNS Servers into 1.1.1.1 and 8.8.8.8.

     2. Turn off the Modem and the Router, then power on the Router, Turn on the modem once the router is fully powered on.

Hi  @Koushik7788

If only your PC/Phone can't connect to the internet, please try the below:

1. Please connect the Ethernet cable from your modem or internet service provider to the Router's WAN port.

2. Check if the router has configured a parental control profile and remove the device from the profile.

3. For wired devices:

1) Connect the device to other LAN ports instead of the IPTV port you configured//set up earlier on the router.

2) Change the Ethernet cable.

3) Switch to another LAN port on the router or the device.

3. For wireless devices:

1) Enable the guest network and connect the device to the guest network.

2) Enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on a phone and connect the device to the hotspot WI-FI. Please reach out the device support if this doesn't work.

4. Change the DNS server: How to Change the DNS Servers on a TP-Link Wireless Router (New UI)

5. Reset the device to factory default settings.
