Hello

I have issue that PPPoE dial-up could not be reestablished in some cases.

Something like w9960 model cause I have this model(w9960) too and it works like charm. Can I ask you for a beta firmware or forwarding the issue to your engineers.

Hi,

Thanks for posting on TP-Link Community.

Could you please provide more information about the issue you meet?

When would this issue occur and is there any error message? How about the light on the device? We would like to check and then can better help with your case.
