Deco X60 unable to detect LAN connection
Hi,
Below I have attached a network daigram of my house.
The problem is with Deco 4, Its connected via a LAN cable through network switch as shown above but its not able to detec LAN connection and its trying to connect via wifi to other Decos.

Have you tried temporary moving the Deco 4 and connecting it via LAN cable to the 1st floor switch, if it works then it would indicate that either an issue with the LAN cable or the 2nd floor switch?

I tested the LAN via directly connecting it to the system, so, I can confirm LAN cable is working fine.

Hi,
Please also test differnet Ethernet ports on both Deco 4 and switch.
If it shows Ethernet backhaul on the Deco APP when Deco connect to the main Deco directly, it may be the switch that affect. What is the switch model?
