Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: Not sure

Noticed one of my AP M4s not connected to network. Went to reset but reset doesn't work. Light stays white all the time - but doesn't show up in app. Removed AP from network in app and still can't reset. No matter how long I hold reset the light sstays white...I have tried holding reset while plugging AC cord in. Still nothing. 

 

Any suggestions?

Hi, I think it is very likely the hardware is broken.

May I know how long you have had the Deco?

It is suggested to contact the local support to check for warranty service.

  @David-TP Hi David, thanks for the prompt reply. Looks like I bought in May of 2020. So it's been a few years. Doubtful there is warranty. At least I have confirmation of likely hardware issue and won't feel guilty about trashing it.
