The guest network stopped working after updating the firmware to version 1.13.2
Hello.
The guest network stopped working after updating the firmware to version 1.13.2 Build 230824 Rel.74702n(5255), and it is also impossible to enable the function "Allow other devices to see" and the item "Allow access to local network resources" has disappeared. When connected to the guest network, there is no access to the Internet. At the same time, before the update, everything worked correctly, it was possible to allow users to see each other and local network resources.

@Amiga1000 Thanks again for the update.
And if anyone else encounter similar issues, please refer to this thread: Archer C80/C64v1/C6v4 Guest Network in AP Mode Stopped Working after Updating 1.13.2 Build 230824

Hi, is your Archer C80 working on Router mode?
And please share with us screenshots of your Guest Network page.
The 1.13.2 firmware of C80 V1 optimized the guest network, added support of Access Time Control and Bandwidth Control, do you see those options?

@Sunshine Same problema here, I have 4 Archer C80 V1 and Guest network doesn't work after last update 230824
I also have one Archer C80 V2.2, Guest network works fine and "Allow Guest to see each other" is working.
I can't find "Access Time Control and Bandwidth Control"

Hi, it seems your C80 is working on Access Point mode instead of Router mode, you will see those options on Router mode.
Regarding the current issue, do you mean there is no internet access with the guest network in AP mode?

@Sunshine Exact same problem here. After upgrading to 1.13.2 Build 230824 Rel.75032n(4555), devices connected to the Guest network have no internet access.
Archer C80 (EU) V2.20, Access Point Mode.
WPA3 / WPA2 issues are unrelated. I've tried testing most modes, manually adding the network in old devices that may have issues with the WPA3/WPA2 combined mode. "Allow guests to see each other" setting cannot be accessed any more (it could be enabled/disabled before the upgrade).
Most importantly, the previous firmware 1.12.1 Build 221212 Rel.65938n(4555) did not have this issue. Main network (non-guest) works normally. Please fix.

@Sunshine Also, is there a specific reason why the new options (Access Time Control and Bandwidth Control) are not available in AP mode? Can't think of any.
In any case, that's not the main issue. The Guest network is currently 100% broken.

@Sunshine Good afternoon. My router works in access point mode. On the old firmware version, everything worked correctly in access point mode.
After the update the guest network broke(
The first screenshot shows that I was able to connect through the phone, but there is no Internet on the phone (IP: 192.168.14.204).

I tried flashing the previous firmware for my C80: Archer C80(EU)_V2.20_1.13.1 Build 230609
Guest network still does not have internet access. I then tried flashing the even older one:
Archer C80(EU)_V2.2_1.12.10 Build 230208
This is not possible, this version is rejected from flashing. So, we are stuck with a Wi-Fi router that has non-working Wi-Fi (for guests). Since mine is brand new and I have about a week to return it, I'll wait a few days to see if there is a responsible reaction here.
I am frankly amazed that:
a) These 1.13.x firmware versions have been released without proper testing.
b) After several users reporting the exact same problem starting more than two months ago, nothing has been fixed.
The "Optimized the guest network" part in the release notes is particularly troublesome. Is Access Point mode perhaps considered unimportant and no one from TP-Link is bothered to test it?

Hi, I've tested Archer C80 guest network in AP mode on our end with the same firmware version but the issue cannot be reproduced, could you please save a backup file on your device and share it with me? then I will try testing again. When you attach your backup file, please send us a private message to provide the login password as well.
By the way, did you try factory reset the C80 and then set up the guest network in AP mode again?
