@HopSaSam thanks, yeah I'm stuck on 0823 version. Maybe this is a sign to upgrade and try different manufacturer...

This morning I planned a session with the support team to investigate the issue.
Guess what: they weren't even able to connect to the router...
Another version (debug version) will be provided for them to be able to connect.
“Reliably Smart”
This seems interesting (as they update the firmware smooth and regularly based on known security threads and don't wait 1 year per update): https://9to5google.com/2022/09/18/google-nest-wifi-pro-6e/

QoS is not working properly, I set it to 200Mbps download and my Internet speed is 300Mbps just to check if QoS is working or not, and I got full 300Mbps on speedtest through the devices connected to the mesh network, if QoS is working properly it should not go above 200Mbps which is the maximum download speed I set through Deco app (beta version also)

Thanks for your feedback.
Sorry that I hadn't had the chance to reply the message and latest beta firmware of M9 plus to fix the frequent disconnection notification did not work quite as expected. So we can leave the beta firmware aside.
As for the QoS issue, after you set the bandwidth limit to 200m/s, Have you tried to test the speed via "Test internet speed" on the Deco APP>More?
When testing via speedtest on the devices, Did you use the speedtest APP or speedtest websites? Have you tried to clear the history caches and test again, maybe via a different server?
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

- Speed test through Deco app gives the maximum speed of the main router which is +300Mbps.
- Speed test through speedtest app gives the maximum speed of the main router also which is +300Mbps even through I set QoS to 200Mbps only.
I found a fix, this only happen when Standard profile is set as default on QoS page, when I change it to Gaming the speed is capped at less than 200Mbps, so I guess the problem is with the standard profile only, this problem appears with the beta software for M9 Plus, I didn't notice it before.

@David-TP @xQuantum @Sofa_king_lazy,
I wouldn't recommend to install the version later than 23/08, but I need to be honest as well: the performance of the later versions is (except for the horrible disconnects) way faster than all previous verions I ever had.

@HopSaSam good to know, yeah my network is crippled but usable. My phone seems ok it's just 2.4ghz devices and possibly beam forming. I have fast roaming off and mesh off on devices that don't move.

Can you please add Connection Preference for Guest Network?
This feature is already available for main network, we just need it to be available for the guest network users too, it will be nice to control 2.4/5Ghz and preferred unit for these users too.
Please tell us if it's even something you consider adding in the near feature or not?
