TL-MR3220 suddenly not connecting to the internet anymore

Today my router stops working. There is no internet on wifi even on lan. I thought my ISP is the problem but when I plugged in the wan cable to my laptop there's an internet. I tried to switch off the router and when I turned it on, there's an internet for about 15 seconds then after that there's no internet again. I also restore the router to its default setting but it doesn't solve the problem. This is the first time it happens to my router. I'm not using static ip address. I hope I can fix it.
