Good day.
Thank you very much for your time and patience,
We had some feedback about the LED disconnection recently.
So please help us check the following information so that we would forward your case to our senior engineers.
- Where are you located? And who is your sim card carrier?
- Did the issue start out of the box?
- How often did the connection drop, several times a day?
- What did you need to do to recover the connection?
- Could you please help me save the status page before and after the internet connection dropped?
By the way, have you ever tried the beta firmware to see if that helped?
Thank you very much!

At the same time, when the internet dropped, could you please help me check the IP address and default gateway on the devices, such as:
And did both the wireless and Ethernet connection drop the internet?
Please also refer to the following suggestions:
- Change the wireless channel;--it is under advanced>wireless>wireless settings, such as channel 11, channel width 20mhz for 2.4ghz, channel 36/40, channel width 40mhz for 5ghz;
- Change the DNS server to be 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4;
Thanks a lot.
