I checked ping in my two laptops from the same place in my home and ping is ok, so it's not a problem with my router, it's not a problem with distance.
In all device OP is Windows 10.
I shutdown almost all processes and I have still same problem.
I tried many many many things ;).
And after reinstall drivers (from dvd), ping was ok :), but after restart computer ping returned to "normal"
Finally I found workaround, when I set autoconfig disabled (like this: netsh wlan set autoconfig enabled=no interface="Wi-Fi"), ping is ok.
I must allways enable this before shutdown (otherwise it will not connect to netowrk after start).
But this is only workaround, I think that problem my be in drivers?
Any idea?

In my case it turned out that some process scan wireless networks.
It was sofware for monitor - G-Ignition. When I shutdown it, ping is normal. Strange, but now netowork is working fine.
