Tapo TD21 - won't send notification when doorbell is pressed

Firmware Version: 1.0.13

Received my TD21 today and totally stumped how to get doorbell notifications to show on my android Poco X6.

The notification happen fine on the chime and my Alexa dots around my house.

I have check all the settings required in the app but I'm still getting nothing. If I turn on notifications for people/cars/movement they come through fine it's just went the doorbell is actually pressed.

Please check if there are notifications in the app message center? Any notification when the app is opened?

Please reproduce the problem and send me the following information via private message.

1. Device's Mac address: enter device page in the tapo app > Device Settings > Device Info.

2. Your time zone and the specific time when the problem occurs.

3. Tapo app version.

4. Android and MIUI version of your phone.
