We recently bought a TL-SG2428P switch to test to see how well they will work to replace some Adtran switches.  The question I have is what is actually current firmware?

The firmware that came out of the box is below

Hardware Version     - TL-SG2428P 4.0
Software Version     - 4.0.1 Build 20211105 Rel.57589

When you look at the download site the one listed below is the only firmware available

TL-SG2428P(UN)_V4_ 20210903

TL-SG2428Pv4_en_4.0.0_[20210903-rel55744]_up

Published Date: 2022-05-09

Just looking at the code dates it doesnt match up, unless for some reason it was mistyped.  So the real question is 4.0.1 Build 20211105 newer than 4.0.0 Build 20210903 ???
