I have an MR6500v and this uncommon situation: I can connect to two different cells, one with bands 1 and 20 (cell 1), the other band 3 (cell 2). The router connects with cell 1 on auto settings, but the bandwidth is higher with cell 2 so this is my preferred cell. I can force a connection with cell 2 by manually selecting only band 3. But I would like to still be able to connect to cell 1 should cell 2 be offline, as has happened recently. Is there a way to do this? Basically auto band selection with a manually selected preferred band.
