Hi, i can't get access to internet because the router don't detect the card sim when i insert in the card slot, any idea about a solution? This happened 2 times, the first one i send it back to amazon and this second time got the same problem.

The first time when i insert the card sim it worked properly, i can have access to internet and i can Quick setup, but i got this problem when i moved my sim card back.

The sim card is from Red by SFR, i'm in the 4g coverage, change the micro adaptator. Nothing works like the first one i bought.

Hello, can it be detected when inserted into the cellphone directly? 

 

You can change another SIM card to give it a go.

Hi Kevin the card sim is detected in the cellphone, I try the card sim of my brother which are in a different company (Orange) ans can not be detected too. The card is OK but the router can't detected the card in the both router I bought.

I see, thanks for your valued reply. 

 

Try to reboot the MR600 with the SIM card inserted into the router. 

 

And try to unplug the sim card and plug it back to the SIM card slot for several times.

 

If still the same, you can contact the retailer to get a new one cause the SIM card may not attach the card slot perfectly.
